Babé Goes Hollywood!

Recently, Babé Farms supplied root vegetables and other specialty items for the 68th Emmy's Governors Ball & Creative Arts Balls. Meticulous planning was required as Babé Farms worked closely with the Executive Chefs of Patina Catering, ensuring that all quantity and quality specifications were met for this major Hollywood event. In total, Babé Farms provided Patina with 21,000 individual Beets (red, gold, and striped), 6,500 bulbs of Baby Petite Fennel, 8,000 heads of Baby Lollo Rossa Lettuce, and 2,700 pounds of Rainbow Carrots. We're proud that Babé Farms specialty vegetables contributed to the success of the the largest formal sit-down dinner in the U.S.
