Babe’ Farms baby and full size Fennel has feathery leaves that resemble fresh dill and an edible white bulb that resembles the bottom of a celery stalk. Fennel has an intense licorice aroma and taste and is used in numerous applications to infuse flavor and texture into meat dishes, stews, sausage, salads, stir-frys and much more. Baby and full size fennel are available year round from Babe’ Farms and come packed one dozen and two dozen bulbs per case.
