Storage & Handling Tips: Pre-washed salad greens are very delicate and perishable. They should have a 10-14 day shelf life when handled properly. Always keep the refrigerated (ideal temp 32 - 36 0F / 0 - 2 0C). After opening, store any leftovers in their tightly closed original bags or containers. Add a paper towel to absorb moisture. Discard any leaves that look discolored or wilted.
