Product Description
Small, tender, with a mild flavor, baby squash are a mini version of their mature counterparts. Babe’ Farms offers three types of baby squash: Yellow Summer (Sunburst) Green Summer (Patty Pan), and Green Zucchini. In the peak summer season, baby squash are grown in our local Santa Maria Valley fields until early Fall. By late Fall baby squash are brought in from our growers in the Baja region through the Winter, and Spring seasons. Enjoy baby squash in a variety of applications; stir fried, baked, grilled on a shish kabob, steamed or raw. All baby squash from Mexico are grown under GAP (Good Agriculture Practices).
