Roasted Tokyo Turnip & Yam Medley

Easy recipe for a unique, colorful and hardy side dish.
Ingredients: 
  • 1 — Bunch Tokyo Turnips Peels & Quartered
  • 1 — Yam Peeled & Cubed in I" Cubes
  • 2 — Carlic Cloves Crushed
  • 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 — Tsp Mincred Rosemary
  • 1 — Tbsp Fresh Tarragon
  • 2 — Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 37.5. Toss Quartered Tokyo Turnip and Cubed Yams with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Rosemary and Garlic. On a non-stick sheet spread out Turnip Medley in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes or until Yams are fork tender. Carefully toss medley with fresh Tarragon and serve immediately. Garnish with Fresh Herb & Balsamic or Red Wine Reduction. 4 Servings.
