roasted radishes

When radishes are roasted, their spiciness mellows out a bit and they make for a succulent and juicy bite. Add lemon juice, and your choice of seasoning, for an extra burst of flavor. And don’t forget to use the radish greens. They can be incorporated raw or cooked to introduce a mild, peppery flavor!
