Grilled Baby Squash Skewers

Our local squash season has begun and to celebrate, here is a step-by-step guide to smoky, charred squash perfection with Santa Maria-style spin courtesy of Susie Q's Brand.
We toss these beautiful baby zucchini, yellow and green summer squash with mini heirloom tomatoes in olive oil and some Susie Q's seasoning, then grill them until perfectly charred and tender. To finish, baste with a chimichurri sauce and serve!
These skewers are almost too pretty to eat… almost. 😉
