Little Gem Salad

Our brand-new Pink Rhône™ Little Gem made its debut on the plate in this stunning, veg-forward salad featuring a variety of Babé Farms specialty vegetables: Blonde Frisée™, pickled Pink Ninja radish, roasted Baby Gold & Stripe Beets, Celery Root chips, atop a Baby Red Beet carpaccio. This masterpiece was then finished with a roasted Fennel vinaigrette, goat cheese, and edible flowers.
