Summer Crudités Platter
A couple years ago, a passionate group visited our farm with plans to open a restaurant. Today, that dream is The Ellwood—now open in Goleta, CA, serving elevated, ingredient-driven dishes in a stunning oceanfront setting. Huge congrats to their team on a successful launch!
Inspired by a crudités platter they recently shared, we created our own as a tribute: a chilled veggie spread featuring assorted radishes, rainbow and Thumbelina carrots, Tokyo turnips, and Romanesco—all nestled on a bed of our Platinum Blonde Frisée™. There's no better way to eat the rainbow!
