These savory bacon-wrapped Babé Farms Baby Leeks are lightly seasoned, grilled until tender, and finished with a bright drizzle of chimichurri. Perfect as a summer appetizer, side dish, or Father’s Day weekend bite. Ingredients: Babé Farms Baby Leeks Thin-cut bacon strips Cooking oil spray or olive oil Susie Q's Brand seasoning (or similar) Chimichurri (store-bought is fine) Instructions: Rinse Baby Leeks thoroughly and pat dry. Trim ends if needed. Wrap each Baby Leek with one strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary. Lightly spritz with oil and season with Susie Q's seasoning or similar barbecue seasoning salt. Place wrapped leeks on a preheated grill over medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crisp and the leeks are tender and slightly charred. Drizzle with chimichurri and serve warm.
